And so, I\u2019m really trying to, I guess, inspire people to be engaged citizens.\u201d<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Robbie Leppzer<\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height: 25px; clear: both;\"><\/div>\n<p>Recently, Executive Director Alice Apley sat down here at the DER office with filmmaker Robbie Leppzer to discuss the <cite><a title=\"Turning Tide Collection page\" href=\"https:\/\/www.der.org\/films\/turning-tide.html\">Turning Tide Collection<\/a><\/cite>.
